Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day period begins on the day the consumer (or a third party designated by them) takes physical possession of the goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the period expires.

Send the withdrawal notice to hello@rariti.es including your order number.

Return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawal, to the seller's registered address.

We refund payments without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

We use the same payment method as the original payment unless the consumer explicitly agrees otherwise.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings (CDs) which have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Article 38 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
