The seller is Rariti.es. Contact: hello@rariti.es.

The store sells music CDs and related products to customers within the EU and selected countries worldwide.

Prices include VAT, displayed in EUR for the English version, PLN for Polish, and CZK for Czech.

Orders may be placed 24/7 via the website. Placing an order constitutes a binding sales contract.

Available payment methods: credit/debit card (Stripe), PayPal, and bank transfer to the account communicated after checkout. The payment reference is the order number.

For bank transfers, the order is fulfilled after the payment is credited (typically 1–3 business days).

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours of payment.

Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout.

In case of a defect, the buyer is entitled to file a complaint within 24 months of purchase by emailing hello@rariti.es.

Complaints are resolved within 14 days of receipt.

Matters not covered herein are governed by Czech law and EU consumer protection regulations.

Disputes are settled by the courts competent for the seller's registered office, without prejudice to the consumer's rights under the laws of their habitual residence.
